The Zopo 810 comes powered by a quad core processor with 1GB RAM and 4GB internal storage. The handset runs on the Jelly Bean OS over a 5 inch screen with HD resolution. The handset is priced at Rs. 12,999.

Box Pack
The review unit that I got had the name Libero HD mentioned on the box pack. The same handset will be sold in India as Zopo 810. The box pack will be the same just the text will be replaced with Zopo 810 instead of the Libero HD.

Inside the box there is the 5 inch handset, screen guard, ZOPO warranty / user guide, earphone, micro USB to USB cable and power adapter.

Design, OS, memory and storage
The design is the same as seen on the Wammy Passion handset. There are 3 touch buttons on the front bottom and in call speaker, 2MP front camera and sensors on the front top. On the right side there is the Power/ Lock button and the volume rockers. On the bottom side there is the micro USB port and on the top you will find the 3.5mm audio jack. The rear side is matte finish. The handset runs on the Jelly Bean 4.1 OS.

The handset comes with 1GB RAM and 4GB internal storage. Of the 1GB RAM you get around 637MB free. Of the 4GB storage, 1.48 is allocated for apps of which 1.24GB is free and another 1.29GB as phone storage space. Apps can be installed directly on the external SD card.

CPU / GPU and Benchmark
The CPU is quad core MT6589 clocked at 1.2GHz coupled with PowerVR SGX 544MP GPU. The same as we have seen on other MediaTek powered quad core handsets like the Wammy passion, Wammy Titan II, the Micromax A116 and the Xolo Q800.

Benchmark scores

  • Quadrant Benchmark: 3481.
  • Antutu Benchmark: 12574.
  • Nenamark2: 37.5 fps.
  • Linpack : Single 37, Multi 105.
  • Multi Touch: 5 point.

Display
the 5 inch screen looks good because of the HD resolution (1280×720 pixels). The images are sharp and clear. Touch is smooth and quite responsive. The IPS screen viewing angle is very good.

Camera, Entertainment and Gaming
The Zopo 810 can record full HD videos @ 25fps using the rear 8MP auto focus camera. There is 2MP front camera that can be used for video calls / chats. Full HD (1080p) video playback is supported. The rear camera can click images in 12MP resolution and the LED flash does help a little bit in low light condition (you need to be very close to the subject). Check the sample images / video at the end of this article.

I tried the NOVA 3 game which played well. The handset can play many high end games.

Others
There is 3G, 2G, Wi-Fi, GPS that takes some time for the first lock, micro USB and 3.5mm jack. The sound is loud and clear. The handset does get heated up a bit near the rear camera Len especially when you are using the Wi-Fi and / or GPS for a longer period of time or with continuous usage.

Battery
The battery of 2000 mAh capacity will easily last for over a day of moderate usage.

Zopo 810 review
The Wammy passion is selling for about Rs. 15,499 and the Zopo 810 that incidentally has the same hardware / design / features with some minor changes in the specifications is price at Rs. 12,999. Price wise the Zopo 810 wins, but as far as the service centers are concerned there is a lot to be done.
