XOLO has launched a pocket pad phablet the XOLO Q2500 that sports a 6 inch screen and is powered by 1.3GHz quad core processor. The Q2500 is listed on official website for Rs. 14,999.

Today almost every manufacturer are launching big screen smartphones (phablets). There are a good number of smartphones available in the market with screen size of over 5.2 inches. The Q2500 is a new addition that supports dual SIM and comes with a 6 inch screen.

The XOLO Q2500 houses MediaTek’s MT6582 quad core chipset clocked at 1.3GHz with 500MHz Mali 400 MP2 GPU. The screen as mentioned above is 6 inches HD IPS with 5 point multi touch support and HD resolution (1280 x 720p) – 16M colors.

This dual SIM handset runs on Android4.2 and can be upgraded to Android 4.4 KitKat. This phablet also comes with 8MP rear AF camera with BSI sensor and LED flash support. Another camera of 2MP resolution is placed on the front. The rear camera can record full HD videos (1080p).

Q2500 comes with 1GB RAM, 4GB storage and 32GB external card support. Key features are 3G (21Mbps), Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi and GPS. There are 3 sensors accelerometer, light and proximity.

The 3000 mAh battery gives talk time of up to 15 hours on 3G networks. The battery can be fully charged in about 4.5 hours. Music playback time is about 60 hours with headset. The XOLO Pocket Pad also called the XOLO Q2500 will be available for Rs. 14,999.
