Another quad core handset the XOLO Q1010 is listed on Flipkart. This handset comes powered by 1.3GHz MT6582 quad core chipset, with a 5 inch screen running Android 4.2. The price tag and availability dates are not yet disclosed.

XOLO had already launched the XOLO Q1000 powered by 1.2GHz MT6589 (quad core), the XOLO Q1000S with 1.5GHz MT6589T (quad core) and the XOLO Q1000 Opus with 1.2GHz Broadcom chipset (quad core). The XOLO Q1010 is with a different chipset and looks like the XOLO Q2000 (design wise).

Q1010 comes with 5 inch OGS IPS screen with 1280×720 pixels resolution (16M colors). It is powered by 1.3GHz Mediatek quad core with Mali 400 MP2 GPU @ 500MHz. It is a dual SIM handset running Android 4.2 with 1GB RAM and 4GB internal storage.

1.3GHz quad core powered XOLO Q1010

Handset is 8.3mm thick and comes with an 8MP AF camera on the rear with flash plus a 2MP camera on the front. The rear camera can record full HD videos. Key features are 3G (21Mbps), 2G, Wi-Fi (b/g/n), Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS with A-GPS support.

There are accelerometer, light and proximity sensors.  The Li-Polymer battery is 2250 mAh capacity that gives talk time of up to 9 hours. The specifications looks good, it is better than what we have seen on many other MT6582 powered handset. Now it’s all up to the price.
