The XOLO Q1000 Opus with Broadcom Chipset is now listed on Infibeam website for a price tag of Rs. 9,999. The handset will be available from 16th December but can be pre-booked now.

The Q1000 Opus sails on 1.2GHz quad core BCM23550 chipset with Videocore IV GPU that is clocked at 312MHz. The hardware configuration looks good. The XOLO Q1000 Opus is 8.95mm thick and sports a 5 inch IPS screen with FWVGA resolution (854×480 pixels).

This dual SIM handset (GSM+GSM) runs on Jelly Bean 4.2 with 1GB RAM and 4GB storage + micro SD card support (32GB). There are dual cameras, the primary camera is with a 5 megapixel resolution with LED flash support and front camera is VGA resolution. The hardware can play full HD videos and the rear camera can record in 720p resolution.

Broadcom quad core XOLO Q1000 Opus

Key features are 3G (21Mbps), 2G, Wi-Fi (b/g/n), Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS with A-GPS and GLONASS. There are accelerometer, proximity and light sensors. The removable battery is of 2000 mAh capacity that gives a talk-time of up to 18 hours on 2G and 11 hours on 3G networks.
