When everyone is waiting for Nokia to announce their first Android powered smartphone, Microsoft goes the other way round; they have revealed that XOLO, LAVA and Karbonn are their new WP (Windows Phone) partners.
This means that we could soon find these companies launching windows powered smartphones. Microsoft also unveiled that the windows phone software will be made to work with the Snapdragon 400/200 as well as the 400 LTE hardware.
The Giant (Microsoft) has also tied up with ZTE, Huawei, LG and Lenovo. Well not just a transition from windows to android (Nokia) but Vice versa too. According to Microsoft they will also concentrate on the dual SIM handset running on windows phone OS.
There is a lot we can expect to start in 2014, for now the MWC 2014 is live and still a lot to unveil.
