XOLO Mobiles today launched the XOLO Era 4K smartphone with a price tag of ₹6,499. This handset supports 4G and gets power from a 4000 mAh battery. It will be available from gadgets360.com, will be via a flash sale on 22nd Feb – registrations required.

XOLO Era 4K is powered by 64 Bit Quad Core processor using the MediaTek MT6735P chipset with Mali T720 GPU. Handset weight is 157 grams and thickness is 9.2mm. It comes with dual SIM slots with 4G support.

Era 4K sports a 5 inch IPS fully laminated screen with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution. Screen is also protected with corning gorilla glass 3 protection. Android Lollipop 5.1 runs the show with 2GB RAM, 8GB ROM and 32GB expandable memory support.

An 8MP auto focus camera using Omnivision CMOS sensor is packed on the rear with dual LED flash and front camera using Omnivision Purecel sensor is with a 5MP resolution. This smartphone is loaded with accelerometer, light, hall and proximity sensors.

Key features are 4G, 3G, 2G, GPS, Bluetooth 3.0 and WiFi. The 4000 mAh battery as per the company can be fully charged is just about 3 hours and gives a talk time of up to 17 hours on 3G networks.
