Xiaomi recently launched the Redmi S2 and the same is now listed on international website for $155.99. Do note the Redmi S2 has not yet launched in India. You can however buy this handset from GearBest site for 155.99 USD that comes to approx Rs. 10,500.
Xiaomi Redmi S2 features and specifications
This handset is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 octa core processor clocked at 2GHz. Screen is 5.99 inches, 18:9 aspect ratio with 1440 x 720 pixels resolution. Android 8 with MIUI runs out of the box. This is a dual SIM handset.
Redmi S2 is packed with 3GB RAM, 32GB ROM and micro SD card support. This handset supports 4G with VoLTE. Coming to the camera on the rear there is a 12MP + 5MP dual cameras on the back and on the front there is a 16MP camera. The hardware is powerful and it can shoot 4K videos.
Other features are 4G, VoLTE, GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, finger print sensor, OTA support. As for sensors there is Accelerometer, Ambient Light Sensor, E-Compass, Gravity Sensor, Gyroscope, Proximity Sensor. Xiaomi Redmi S2 houses a 3080 mAh battery.
