Xiaomi is here, they are going to start selling the Xiaomi Mi3 in India from 22nd July for Rs. 13,999. The handset will be available exclusively from Flipkart website. The company will also launch some more products pretty soon.

The company is new in India but has a very good reputation. They are serious about the after sales support. They have enabled 36 service centres in about 20 major cities in India and has 2 Mi Exclusive Centres. The number of exclusive centres will increase slowly.

The Mi3 I believe will become a hot selling item followed by Redmi Note and Redmi 1S. The product build quality is great and comes loaded with hardware that for now were only available on premium brands. As for the price you are already aware of.

Redmi Note and 1S will be available in August. The company will also be launching Mi Power Bank of 5200 and 10400 mAh capacities. No word about the Mi-Pad availability in India (could happen soon).

The company has no plans of rolling out Xiaomi Mi3 64GB version for now. The silver color Mi3 version will only be available on the buy day. The Mi3 box pack contains the handset, user guide, travel charger and data cable (no earphone included).

These handsets run on MiUi version 5 based on Kitkat 4.4. The good part is Xiaomi does a lot of software updates and even their older models that were launched a few years back are still receiving the updates.
