LeTV already announced their Le Max Pro handset the first to use the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 chipset, and now Xiaomi co founder confirmed that the Mi 5 will be unveiled soon, it is also snapdragon 820 powered.
As of now the mass production has begun and we can expect the company to announced the Xiaomi Mi 5 by February 2016. The full specifications are not yet confirmed expect for the 820 chipset, but as rumors say the handset will be running MIUI 7 based on Marshmallow and will sport a 5.2 inch screen with either FHD or Quad HD resolution.
In terms of storage capacities the Mi 5 will be packed with 3GB/4GB RAM, 32GB/64GB storage. A 16MP camera will be packed on the rear and an 8MP on the front. The handset should be able to record 4K videos.
Other expected features are 4G, 3G, finger print scanner, GPS and Bluetooth. A 3030 mAh battery will be powering up this handset.
