Xiaomi, India’s number one smartphone is launched as a new budget smartphone in India. Redmi 8A is extension of A series and has come up with upgraded design, Redmi 8A has followed the new trend of massive 5000mAh battery, allowing long hours of usage in single charge, for change it has introduced USB Type-C 18 W charging support, this will delight the customers as it has been provided in nominal charges, Redmi 8A comes with upgraded cameras compared to Redmi 7A which is enabling much better camera experience through a 1.4 µm pixel camera with Sony’s 1Mx363 sensor.
Redmi 8A features 6.22 inch HD + display with a dot notch on top, its display is protected with Gorilla glass 5, its P2i’s nano coating makes the smartphone splash resistant, it is powered by Qual comm’s Snap dragon 439 octa-core processor. Redmi 8A is featuring 2+1 dual Sim Slot with a dedicated micro SD card support that makes the storage expandable to 512 GB. Newness is in its camera front, since it comes with 12 MP Sony IMx363sensor, this feature makes it only smartphone with acclaimed image sensor. Redmi 8A main camera comes with an aperture of f/1.8 and generates photos with large pixel size (1.4 µm). It provides a 8MP selfi camera both front and rear camera are capable of taking AI portrait mode shorts.
Redmi 8A has not lost its original charm, it still comes with it's attribute of playback FM radio without the need of connecting the earphones. Redmi 8A price in India starts from RS 6499 for 2G RAM with 16 GB internal storage variant and Rs. 6999 for 3GB RAM with 32 GB internal storage variant. It is available in three colours Midnight Black, Ocean Blue and Sunset Red, it will be readily available from September 29th on Flipkart and Mi.com.
