No doubt Vivo phones are pricey but you need a little bit or shall I say byte of intellect to understand that hardware may or may not be bad and it makes no sense coming to a conclusion just by analyzing the price tag.
Having said that the Vivo V7+ is a very good handset, it is powered by Snapdragon 450 and V7+ is the first handset to come with this Chipset in India. Performance is smooth, lag free, hardly heats up and the screen of 5.9 inches with 1440 x 720 pixels give a different usage experience.

I have done reviews of many Vivo phones and in most cases the front camera is always better, however on this Vivo V7+ even the rear camera is quite impressive. Camera quality is excellent. The front camera no doubt does a excellent job, also has the beautification mode.
Plus for the front single camera in the camera app there is a portrait bokeh mode that captures images in DSLR style with Bokeh background.

Other features
There is finger print sensor on the back that blends well with the color / finishing. Finger print detection is very fast. Sound is loud and clear, no issues with in-call speaker.

Verdict
Vivo V7+ is a selfie centric smartphone that comes with a much better selfie camera. Overall a very good handset but the price is too high. Vivo brand mostly does well in offline markets. Now you can get a better selfie camera smartphone for under Rs. 15,000 (the Asus Zenfone 4 Selfie dual).
