Vivo Mobiles at an event in China launched their new flagship models the Vivo X9 and the Vivo X9 Plus. Key attraction about the X9 and the X9 Plus is the 20MP front camera + 8MP front camera (yes dual cameras on the front).
Vivo X9 is powered by snapdragon 625 octa core processor 64 bit clocked at 2GHz with Adreno 506 GPU. The handset comes with dual SIM slots and sports a 5.5 inch super AMOLED screen with 1080p resolution.
Funtouch OS 3.0 (Marshmallow based) runs out of the box with 4GB RAM and 64GB / 128GB ROM. Weight is 154 grams with battery and thickness is 6.99mm. There is finger print sensor too. Coming to the camera – rear camera is a 16MP shooter with a f/2.0 aperture and front camera is exciting 20MP f/2.0 SONY IMX376 and another one on the side that can capture in 8MP resolution.
Other features are 4G LTE, VoLTE, 3G, 2G, GPS, dual band WiFi and Bluetooth 4.2. This handset houses a 3050 mAh non-removable battery.
Vivo X9 Plus is snapdragon 653 octa core powered with Adreno 510 GPU. This dual SIM handset also sails on Funtouch OS 3.0 over a 5.88 inch super AMOLED screen with 1080p resolution. This smartphone also comes with the same 16MP rear and 20MP + 8MP front cameras. Vivo X9 Pus is packed with 6GB RAM, 64GB / 128GB ROM.
Other features are 4G LTE, VoLTE, 3G, 2G, GPS, Finger print sensor, dual band WiFi, Bluetooth 4.2 and GPS. The X9 Plus houses a 4000 mAh fast charging battery.
Vivo X9 (64 GB) price in China is RMB 2798 (approx Rs. 27,600) the 128GB version is priced at RMB 2998 (approx Rs. 29,600). Vivo X9 Plus price has not yet been revealed.
