Videocon has introduced a new series the Videocon Infinium and to start off they have already added 8 handsets to this series – Videocon A31, Videocon A42, Videocon A48, Videocon A52, Videocon A53, Videocon A54, Videocon A55qHD and Videocon A55HD.
There is nothing new with the specifications; there are many handsets already available in the Indian market using similar hardware. The handset price will play and important role here. However when it comes to mobiles, Videocon is still way behind.
Videocon A31
This is a dual SIM handset powered by dual core processor with 512MB RAM, 4GB storage and runs on Android 4.2 OS. The Videocon A31 comes with 4 inch screen supporting WVGA resolution. There is 5MP rear AF camera + 1.3MP front camera.
Videocon A42
This one sports a 4.5 inch FWVGA screen powered by 1.2GHz dual core processor with 512MB RAM. A42 runs on Android 4.2, comes with 5MP rear camera and a 1.3MP front camera. It’s a dual SIM handset with 4GB internal storage.
Videocon A48
This is another 1GHz dual core powered handset running Android 4.2 with 512MB RAM and 4GB storage. A48 is loaded with 5MP AF camera and 1.3MP front camera. Its dual SIM with 4.5 inch IPS FWVGA screen.
Videocon A52
This dual SIM handset sports a 5 inch WVGA screen running Jelly Bean 4.2 OS. The handset is powered by 1GHz dual core processor with 512MB RAM and 4Gigs of internal storage. There is 1.3MP front camera and a 5MP rear camera.
Videocon A53
This handset runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS. It’s loaded with 1GB RAM and 4GB internal storage. It is a dual SIM handset with 8MP rear camera and 2MP front camera. A53 is powered by 1.2GHz dual core processor. A53 comes with 5.3 inch screen with qHD resolution.
Videocon A54
A52 sails on 1.2GHz quad core processor running Android 4.1 with 1GBRAM and 4GB internal storage. This dual SIM handset comes with 8MP camera and 1.3MP front camera. The screen is 5.3 inches supporting qHD resolution.
Videocon A55qHD
Dual SIM handset with a 5 inch qHD screen. It is powered by 1.3 GHz dual core processor. Android 4.2 runs the show with 1GB RAM and 4GB storage. There is 8MP rear camera and 1.3MP front camera.
Videocon A55HD
As the name suggest the Videocon A55HD comes with 5 inch HD screen running Android 4.2 with 1GB RAM and 4GB storage. It is powered by 1.2GHz quad core processor. A55HD supports dual SIM and comes with 8MP rear camera plus 3.2MP front camera.
All of these handsets support 3G, Wi-Fi, GPS and Bluetooth.
