The UMI X1s is a smaller sized quad core handset with a 4.5 inch screen HD display, 1GB RAM and 4GB internal storage. The handset also comes with an 8MP auto focus camera and is priced at Rs. 10,500.

I will get the box pack next week and will then do with the Unboxing and review. But for now here is a hands-on and benchmark scores. The handset feels great specially because of its size and also it’s light weight. I got this black colour model with texture on the rear side. The white colour as on the UMI site looks much better though. The finishing and the built quality is good. It does look like a premium handset.

The screen resolution is 1280×720 pixels over a 4.5 inch screen. The fonts/ picture are sharp and clear. The viewing angle is good, but is better on the UMI X2 handset.  RAM is 1GB and ROM or the internal storage is 4GB (1.48GB assigned for app and 1.29GB as internal storage. Free available RAM is around 655 MB.

This is an upgraded X1 model. I will be doing a full review on the same next week so stay tuned. Here are the benchmark scores and images, I will be checking the benchmark scores again including the Unboxing video.
