You probably might have not seen such a charger, it can charger max 5V/2.4A output. Just Plug in the charger and you can use either of the two USB ports or both the ports to charge single or multiple devices.
Add to it there is a 3W speaker built in, yes you can play music while you charge your smartphone, in fact you can also use the speaker when not charging, this is a portable speaker, comes with 400 mAh battery and there is a button to switch on / switch off / pair the speaker with your smartphone.
Sound quality is good, decently loud considering the 3W single speaker.
