After iBerry, Swipe Telecom is the next company to launch the Swipe Sense low cost smartphone with finger print scanner. The Sense is running KitKat out of the box and is powered by quad core processor and priced at just under Rs. 10,000, Rs. 9,999 to be precise.

The Swipe Sense sports a 5.5 inch screen with qHD resolution (960 x 540 pixels). It is IPS display that should give decent viewing angles. As already mentioned the handset runs Android 4.4.2. The dual SIM Sense comes loaded with 1GB RAM, 8GB storage and external card support of up to 32GB.

There is auto focus camera of 8MP resolution on the rear with LED flash and 3.2MP on the front. Key features are 3G, 2G, GPS, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. The finger print reader is placed on the rear side just near to the LED flash. Probably works in the similar way as seen on Samsung Galaxy S5 i.e. swipe the finger on the sensor.

There is 2250 mAh battery. The specs on the Swipe website say 2250 x 2 battery, so maybe they are providing two battery of 2250 mAh each. Finger print scanner is the key highlight and the price is quite affordable.
