Sony unveiled another Xperia handset the Sony Xperia XA Ultra. Key highlight about this smartphone is that it is powered by Helio P10 processor and sports a 6 inch FHD screen. The XA Ultra also comes with a 21.5MP hybrid AF primary camera. The price! Not yet disclosed.

Xperia XA Ultra features and specifications

This handset will come with optional dual SIM support. Sony Xperia XA Ultra is powered by MediaTek 64 Bit Helio P10 MT6755 octa core processor clocked at 2GHz coupled with Mali T860 GPU.

Android 6.0 runs the show with 3GB on-board RAM and 16GB of on-board storage. Users can use micro SD card of up to 200GB. XA Ultra sports a 6 inch curved display supporting 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. And like the other premium Sony smartphones this one is also using Mobile BRAVIA Engine 2.

Sony Xperia XA Ultra colour options

Handset weight is 190 grams with 2700 mAh battery and thickness is 8.4mm. When it comes to the camera there is a 21.5MP hybrid AF camera using EXMOR RS sensor packed on the back with flash and the front camera is of 16MP resolution with front LED flash.

Sony Xperia XA Ultra launched

Additional features are 4G LTE, 3G, 2G, GPS, WiFi, NFC and BT 4.1. Sony claims that the 2700 mAh battery will last for up to 2 days with mixed usage.

The company has not yet revealed the Sony Xperia XA Ultra price.
