Sony Xperia M5 will be available soon in India with a price tag (MRP) of ₹37,990. This is a dual SIM handset powered by the MediaTek Helio X10 octa core processor and it’s running Lollipop over a 5 inch screen.

Another highlight about the Xperia M5 is the 21.5 MP camera on the rear that uses the Sony EXMOR RS sensor with Hybrid AF – Phase detection AF and Contrast detection AF, combined for quick response and accuracy. The camera also supports up to 3200 ISO (which is really great). Front camera is a 13MP AF also using Exmor RS sensor.

The Sony Xperia M5 is IP65 / IP68 certified that makes it dust and waterproof. This dual SIM handset is 7.6mm thick with a weight of around 142 grams and it’s running Android Lollipop 5.0 with 3GB RAM, 16GB storage and external micro SD card support of up to 200GB.

This handset sports a 5 inch screen using Bravia Engine 2 technology and supporting 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. Inside the hood it is using MediaTek Helio X10 2GHz octa core processor. Key features are 4G, 3G, 2G, Wi-Fi, GPS and Bluetooth. The 2600 mAh battery that it houses gives up to 11 hours of talk-time.

Xperia M5 will be launched soon but the price has already been unveiled by MaheshTelcom. Sony Xperia M5 coming soon for ₹37,990.
