The Sony Xperia E3 powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon quad core processor can be pre-booked for Rs. 11,990 (Single SIM variant) and Rs. 12,990 (dual SIM variant). This handset will be competing with the Moto G in India.

The Xperia E3 is using the 1.2GHz qualcomm snapdragon quad core processor with Adreno 305 GPU. It is available in Single SIM and dual SIM variants. The E3 comes with a scratch resistant IPS screen of 4.5 inches supporting 854 x 480 pixels resolution. There is 1GB RAM, 4GB internal storage, 32GB external micro SD card support and Android KitKat 4.4 running out of the box.

Handset weight is 143 grams with a 2330 mAh battery and thickness is 8.5mm. The rear camera is with LED flash support and capable of shooting still images in 5MP resolution. The front facing camera is VGA resolution. FHD video recording is supported.

Key features are 3G (HSPA+), 2G, Wi-Fi, GPS with GLONASS, xLoud, Clear Audio+ and Bluetooth 4.0. The Sony Xperia E3 specification on their official website does not mention anything about 4G. The 2330 mAh battery gives talk time of up to 12 hours.
