Smartron launched their first 2 in 1 device called the Smartron t.book a convertible high performance ultrabook for a price tag of ₹39,999. This t.book houses the Intel Core M processor and is running Windows 10 out of the box.

The Smartron t.book is an ultrabook that is powered by Intel Core M 64 bit chipset with 4MB cache that can be turbo boosted up to 2GHz. The multi touch IPS screen of 12.2 inches size supports (WQXGA) 2560 x 1600 pixels resolution (16:10 aspect ratio). Screen comes with finger print resistant oleophobic  coating.

This ultrabook is running Windows 10 Home/Pro with (Office 2016 30 days trial). There is 4GB RAM and 128GB of SSD storage. If need be users can use micro SD card slot (max 128GB card supported) to add external storage. A 5MP camera is packed on the rear – it’s an auto focus camera and front camera is fixed focus with 2MP resolution.

Other features are detachable keyboard using Magnetic pogo pin connector, 2x 1W stereo speakers, 2X USB 3.0 port, micro HDMI port, audio jack, USB Type C 3.0 port, WiFi (dual channel), dual microphone with noise cancellation and Bluetooth.

Smartron t.book price ₹39,999

The 37Wh Li-Po battery as per the company will give up to 28 days for standby time and users can continuously browse sites for up to 10 hours on a full charge. This t.book comes with accelerometer, Gyro and hall sensors.

Smartron  t.book will be available from 8th April on Gadget360 for ₹39,999.

The company is also gearing up to launch their first 5.5 inch smartphone on 18th April.
