Sansui launched Horizon 1 in April and then they launched the latest Horizon 2 with 4G VoLTE support. This is the cheapest VoLTE smartphone available in India for Rs. 4,999. Have a look at this Sansui Horizon 2 review to know more about quality, performance and battery life.
The Sansui Horizon 2 is a good budget friendly smartphone with a good price tag. The handset features a 5 inch screen with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution. I is packed with a good 2GB RAM, 16GB ROM and micro SD support. Inside the hood it is using MediaTek MT6735 quad core processor that does a decent job.

Handset is comfortable to use and operate, heat up is under control and the rear 8MP camera quality is decent for sharing on social networks. Horizon 2 comes with removable battery, battery life is decent enough. If you can spend extra there are better options available, but if you budget stops at 5K then this is good for the price.

Sansui Horizon 2 Gaming Review

I tried Asphalt 8 it played well in low quality mode, though not very smooth, but acceptable. The same game in high / medium quality mode was lagging.

Sansui Horizon 2 Camera  Review

Rear Camera : 8MP with LED flash
Front Camera : 5MP Fixed Focus
Video Recording : Max HD – 1280 x 720p

Overall camera quality is average. HD videos quality was good. The outdoor still shots turned out really great specially the close-up shots. Night / Low light shots are not that great. Camera good for sharing online.

For the price this handset also includes a IR blaster. You need to use the Peel Remote App, with that app you will be able to remote control electronic applications

Sansui Horizon 2 reboot issue

When enabling WiFi and when connecting to a network the Sansui Horizon 2 handset was rebooting every time and it was just following this loop, to cut the loop I had two options, one was to disable WiFi as soon as I got the home screen but that was difficult cause by the time I could disable WiFi, the phone would restart.

Other option was to switch my primary WiFi off, that way even with WiFi enabled it could not connect and then I was able to disable WiFi. If you just enable WiFi there is no issue but when you connect to a network and the handset starts using the WiFi it is then that it starts rebooting.

I checked this with some of my friends and some online users, this is a rare issue and not everyone is facing it. In case if you buy the handset and you face this issue, ask for a replacement.
