Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 Student Edition was recently announced by Samsung Electronics which will be available in the U.S. for just $249.99 as compared with the retail price tag of $350. This special student edition also includes USB adapter and keyboard dock.
The Galaxy Tab 2 Student Edition (SE) is similar to the exiting Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 but it is Wi-Fi version only with no built in 3G SIM slot. Still it’s a good bet considering the price tag of $249.99 approx Rs. 14,000 INR. The free USB adapter that is included can be used for connecting a USB mouse or a pen drive.
This tab will come with educational apps that can be downloaded from Google Play. According to Samsung the Tab 2 with a competitive price tag, can be used for creating research projects, presentation, reading eBooks and for entertainment. This is a perfect gadget for students, connect the keyboard for PC like setup or just grab the tab and use it on the move.
