The Galaxy S4 is running Android Kitkat and will get the Lollipop update. It is powered by Exynos 5 octa core processor 5140 (1.6GHz quad + 1.2GHz quad) coupled with PowerVR SGX 544 MP3 GPU. There is 2GB on-board RAM and 16GB external storage. The micro SD slot can further add up to 64 GB external cards.
This handset sports a 5 inch Super AMOLED screen with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution, protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 3. A 13MP AF camera is packed on the rear with flash and a 2MP on the front.
