The Samsung Galaxy S III 4G as expected will not be announced in any of the upcoming events instead Samsung will host a dedicated press event, probably after the WMC. The Galaxy S III will be powered by a 1.8 GHz processor and will support 4G running on Android OS.
The Samsung Galaxy S III 4G will be launched much before June 2012, in fact according to sources the S III launch in India could happen in May 2012. The Galaxy S III will come loaded with the latest android OS i.e. the Ice Cream Sandwich.

Processor and OS: The Galaxy S 3 will be powered by a 1.8 GHz quad-core processor with 4G supported. Loaded with android 4.0 with latest version of a Samsung’s TouchWiz.
Design: This will be a sleek device with full touchscreen display with no dedicated buttons on the front side.
Display and Memory: The capacitive display screen is 4.6 inches super AMOLED plus screen (HD) with amazing 1280 by 720 pixel resolution. Phone memory = 2 GB RAM, 32 GB internal memory and microSD support.
Multimedia: Will support DivX, XviD, MP4, WMA, H.264, H.263 video formats and MP3, eAAC+, AC3, FLAC and WAV audio formats. There will also be a 3.5 mm audio jack.
Camera: The Samsung Galaxy S III will feature a 12 megapixel camera with flash support and most probably will have a front facing camera.
Battery: Unknown.
