Samsung will start rolling the new Samsung Galaxy Note the tablet – smartphone hybrid from 3rd November in the UK. Samsung officially announced this at an event in London. The Galaxy Note sports a 5.3 inch HD Super AMOLED touch screen with 1280 by 800 resolution and an advanced smart pen (S Pen).

The Samsung Galaxy Note will be available in Belgium and Netherlands from November 1st, UK / France from 3rd November, Hungary & Poland from 4th November, Austria, Slovenia & Switzerland from 5th November, Spain from 7th November, Italy & Portugal from 10th November, Greece & Serbia from 11th November, Finland, Denmark & Sweden from 22nd November and subsequently will be rolled out in other countries.

On 2nd November Samsung is hosting a press conference in Delhi, India and for sure they will announce the launch of the Galaxy Note on that day. As far as pricing is concerned taking clue from the price in USD at around USD 800 the Galaxy Note will cost more than Rs. 35,000.

Lets take a quick look at what the Samsung Galaxy Note is offering. This tablet can be used as a phone as well, since the screen size is just 5.3 inches, small enough to look like a phone but powerful enough to perform as a tablet.

The Samsung Galaxy Note comes powered by dual core 1.4 GHz processor with Super AMOLED full touch screen. This tablet houses an 8 megapixel rear camera with 2 megapixel front facing camera. The Samsung Note will come in two versions with 16GB or 32GB internal memory, and yes microSD cards are also supported so storage should never be a problem.

The main highlight however is the S Pen (stylus). Using the S Pen you can scribble, take notes in your own handwriting, draw and can do a lot more.
