Samsung Galaxy Note gets better and bigger. Samsung announced the new Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet with bigger screen, with S-Pen, 1 .4 GHz processor and running on the android ICS (Ice Cream Sandwich) OS.

The already existing Samsung Galaxy Note sports a 5.3 inch touchscreen powered by a 1.4 GHz processor and comes with the stylus S Pen. Galaxy Note is also referred to as a hybrid between tablet / smartphone. However the Galaxy Note 10.1 purely falls into the tablet category.

This Samsung tablet is powered by a dual core 1.4 GHz processor running ICS (Android 4.0) with 1 GB RAM. The touchscreen PLS TFT display is 10.1 inches supporting 1280 by 800 pixels resolution. This tablet comes with 2 cameras, a front facing 2 MP camera which can be used for video calling / chatting and a rear facing 3 MP camera with LED flash and autofocus function.

The 10.1 inch Samsung Galaxy Note will come with optional 16 GB, 32 GB or 64 GB internal memory along with microSD support up to 32 GB. Other features are Wi-Fi, 3G, GPS and Bluetooth 3.0. The Note 10.1 also comes with a stylus (S Pen).

This tablet comes with pre-loaded adobe apps (ideas and Photoshop Touch) along with Google services (mail, talk, maps etc.). The Note 10.1 weighs 583 grams with 8.9 mm thickness.
