Salora International Ltd has launched two new tablets called the Salora Pro Tab and the Salora Pro Tab HD. Both the tablets sport a 7 inch screen and are priced at Rs. 4,999 and 5,499 (for HD version).

The Salora site and the online sites have mentioned that both these tablets are Wi-Fi and 3G enabled, but I don’t think it has built in 3G. If you carefully look at the specifications there is no mentioned of built in SIM slot and clearly written that 3G support is via external dongle.

The price may look attractive but both these Salora tablets are with single core processor. Check out the specifications and features.

Salora pro tab HD

I guess they are too late to launch such a tab with single core processor as there is already dual core tablets with near HD resolution (600p) available for a little extra.
