Saholic the online store is now offering pickup ‘in store’ facility (Spice HotSpot) wherein users can place an order online, select the nearest pickup store and then collect the product by personally visiting the store. The offer is valid only in Delhi NCR for now and will soon be available nationwide.
This option will really help users who are not comfortable with online payments or the courier services. They can book the product from the saholic website and opt for the ‘Pay in Store’ Spice HotSpot option wherein users can make the payment directly at the store when collecting the product.
Consumers can also make the payment using credit card, Net Banking etc and still opt for pickup in store facility. I think it would be better to get the delivery via courier rather than visit the store when you are ready to make full advance payments, unless you have other reasons.
To eliminate fraud pickups it would be better if the buyer visits the store for the pickup. Identity proof (Valid Photo Proof) is required so don’t forget to carry it, also take the print out of the order that you placed.
How do you know when the product is available in the store you selected for the pickup?
You will get a confirmation email with the contact details, timings and availability date on which you can visit the store and pickup your product.
