Panasonic has launched the Panasonic P50 Idol and the Panasonic P65 Flash smartphones in India. These are quad core powered smartphones with 3G support, P50 is priced at ₹6790 and the P65 comes for ₹8,290.

Panasonic P50 Idol is powered by 1.3GHz quad core (unknown chipset) processor. It sports a 5 inch screen with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution and is running Android 5.1 out of the box. This dual SIM handset is loaded with 1GB RAM, 8GB storage and 32GB external card support.

There is an 8MP AF camera packed on the rear with LED flash support and a 2MP camera on the front. Rear camera can record 1920 x 1080p videos. Key features are 3G, 2G, WiFi, GPS and Bluetooth 4.0. The P50 Idol gets power from a 2150 mAh battery, it’s priced at ₹6,790.

Panasonic P65 Flash is also quad core powered (unknown chipset) clocked at 1.3GHz. This is a dual SIM handset running Lollipop 5.1 over a 5.5 inch screen with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution. Memory and storage is the same as on P50 Idol. There is 8MP AF camera on the rear with FHD video recording capabilities and a 2MP camera on the front.
