Panasonic today launched a new handset in the Eluga series, the Panasonic Eluga Note. This handset is powered by octa core processor, comes packed with 3GB RAM, gets power from a 3000 mAh battery and supports 4G with VoLTE. Eluga Note is priced at Rs. 13,290.

Display, Processor and OS

Inside the hood the Eluga Note is powered by octa core processor (Chipset unknown) clocked at 1.3GHz. Handset sports a 5.5 inch IPS LTPS screen supporting 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. FitHome UI over Android Marshmallow 6.0 runs out of the box.

Memory, Storage and Camera

There is a good 3GB on board RAM and 32GB of internal storage space, plus micro SD card support. On the back you will find a 16MP AF camera with a f/1.9 aperture and on the front there is a 5MP FF camera. Interestingly the rear camera comes with triple LED flash support.

Panasonic Eluga Note weight with battery is 142 grams and thickness is 8.15mm. There is light, proximity and accelerometer sensors. Other features are 4G LTE with VoLTE support, 3G, 2G, GPS, WiFi, BT 4.0 and FM radio. Eluga Note houses a 3000 mAh battery.

Price in India

Panasonic Eluga Note price in India is Rs. 13,290 (champagne gold color option), this is way too pricey.
