OPPO Mobiles today at an event in Mumbai launched the OPPO F1 a snapdragon 616 powered smartphone for ₹15,990 and OPPO F1 Plus also Snapdragon 616 powered but with better specs for ₹26,990.

OPPO F1 comes with a 5 inch 2.5D Gorilla Glass 4 protected screen supporting 1280 x 720 pixels resolution. It houses the Snapdragon 616 1.5GHz 64 bit octa core chipset with Adreno 405 GPU. Colour OS 2.1 over Android 5.1 runs out of the box with 3GB RAM, 16GB ROM and 128GB micro SD card support.

There is 13MPprimary camera with LED flash support and 8MP secondary camera. Key features are 4G LTE, 3G, GPS, Bluetooth 4.1 and WiFi. A 2500 mAh battery powers up this dual SIM (Hybrid slot) smartphone.

OPPO F1 is priced at ₹15,990.

OPPO F1 and F1 Plus launched

OPPO F1 Plus is also using snapdragon 616 but comes with a 5.5 inch screen with FHD resolution (2.5D + GG4 protection). There is 4GB RAM, 32GB ROM and 128GB external storage. This dual SIM handset (hybrid slot) includes a 13MP camera on the rear with flash. Front camera MP unknown.

Key features are 4G LTE, 3G, GPS, Bluetooth 4.1 and WiFi. Battery mAh is not yet known.
