OnePlus in collaboration with Servify has launched the OnePlus Care app that does a self diagnoses of OnePlus smartphones for any issues. Good news for OnePlus 3 users they can now avail a complementary accidental protection plan for 12 months.
The OnePlus Care app will help users find issued on their smartphone, provided the handset is operational and able to run the app. Many known issues can be easily solved, this app will Self Diagnose the users handset. In case of any service requirement, a free pickup and drop facility will be provided.
OnePlus 3 users can avail Accidental Damage protection plan, those who bought the OnePlus 3 handset from Amazon will need to register within 30 days of purchase. They can do that by downloading the OnePlus Care app and register using their purchase details.
OnePlus company also becomes the first brand to provide comprehensive service that is controlled via the app, plus they are providing accidental damage protection plan for 12 months for free (only for OnePlus 3 users).
