13MP rear camera + 8MP front camera
The rear camera in fact is 18MP Auto Focus (interpolated) and front camera is 12MP Auto Focus (interpolated) and not 13MP / 8MP as mentioned on the box pack. The quality is the same it is just the file size and resolution. The still images long shot are okay, close-ups are good, video quality in full HD resolution is better. The rear camera is with LED support, it can record videos in 1080p resolution. You can check the sample images at the end of this review.

Gaming and Entertainment
The handset can easily play full HD videos (1080p) in hardware or software mode. I tried Dead Trigger game in high graphics mode along with Asphalt 7 and Modern Combat 4. All of the games worked well. These games were installed on external SD card. Do check the gaming video. The game play was smooth but with mild lag. If you install the games on internal storage the performance will be even better.

Sound
Loudspeaker sound is very loud and clear. In call sound is loud and clear. The earphone that came with the handset doesn’t seem to fit well, it’s loose and you get mono output. I tried Samsung earphone and the results were the same. I then tried a Nokia earphone that worked pretty well, sound experience via Nokia earphone was really good.

Others
I did not find any issues with 3G, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. GPS also worked pretty well, got the first lock within 35 seconds.

2100 mAh battery
On a full charge the battery should easily last for over a day with moderate usage. I played few high end games for 23 minutes and battery level dropped to 10%, temperature rose to 37 degree.

MySaga M2 Verdict
The handset competes with Gionee Elife E5 and iBerry Auxus Nuclea N1, though Gionee and iBerry has an advantage, they have service centers in India. It is a good buy considering the specs and performance, however do note that the handset is not available in India. If you are more worried about after sales and would prefer service centers in India, better avoid this.
