Motorola launched the Moto G8 Power Lite handset in India for an affordable price of Rs. 8,999. This handset is packed with 4GB RAM, 64GB ROM, triple cameras on rear and a massive 5000 mAh battery.

Inside the box you will get the handset, silicon case, sim ejector pin, user manual / warranty card, micro usb cable and power adapter 5V/2A.

The build and finishing is pretty good as per price, plastic body, good gradient colour on the back and overall the look feels good. Handset weight is around 200 grams with 5000 mAh battery. 

Performance and PUBG

The MediaTek Helio P35 chipset that powers this handset does a decent job Antutu score is around 1lakh and PUBG game was playable, thought you can play the game to some levels but later on you will need a more powerful hardware.

Heat up is under control and sound quality is pretty good. There is 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM and the 6.5inch HD+ Max Vision IPS TFT LCD Display looks good with 20:9 aspect ratio. Android 9 stock android is running out of the box.

Camera performance

On rear there is 16+2+2 triple camera setup and front camera is 8MP. You can shoot macro and FHD videos. Camera quality was not that impressive would rate the camera as average. Do check the samples below

Battery 

The 5000 mAh battery will give you up to 2 to 3 days of battery life based on usage. The 10W charger included in the box will take around 3 hours or so for a full charge.

Verdict

The Moto G8 Power Lite is a good handset for Rs. 8,999 that can offer a really good battery life and performance. PUBG users can play the game for almost up to 5 hours non-stop. Though I wished the camera quality was a bit better.
