Motorola has announced the 4G enabled Motorola Atrix HD which is now officially available in the US. This ultra thin smartphone will run on the Android 4.0 OS.
A dual core Snapdragon processor clocked at 1.5 GHz by Qualcomm will power this handset with 1GB RAM and internal storage of 8GB of which about 4.8GB will be available for the users. The word HD is already mentioned in the name, it is a 4.5 inch HD touchscreen display with ColorBoost technology and scratch resistant Corning Gorilla Glass.
The ColorBoost feature makes the picture / video quality more, lively. The display screen supports a resolution of 1280×720 pixels. The Motorola Atrix handset supports 4G (LTE Band), 3G (WCDMA) and 2G. Another highlight is the 8 Megapixel auto focus camera that supports 1080p HD recording. A front camera of 1.3 MP resolutions also available for video calls/ chats.
The Motorola Atrix HD will be available in modern white and titanium colours. The weigh is 140 grams with an 8.4 mm thickness (dimension = 69.9×133.5×8.4mm).
