Motorola today launched the Moto Z in India for Rs. 39,999. The Z is packed with 4GB RAM and houses the Snapdragon 820 chipset. This is a modular phone that comes with accessories that can be attached instantly.

Moto Z features and specifications

This is a dual SIM smartphone that houses the snapdragon 820 quad core chipset clocked at 2.2 GHz with Adreno 530 GPU. There are handsets available in India using SD 820 chipset. The Moto Z sports a 5.5 inch AMOLED screen with quad HD resolution (2560 x 1440 pixels) with gorilla glass protection.

Android 6.0.1 runs out of the box with 4GB RAM and 32GB/64GB ROM. There is external micro SD support of up to 2TB. Handset is light weight at 136 grams and is 5.19 mm thick. On the back there is a 13MP AF camera with dual tone LED flash and front camera can shoot in 5MP resolution.

Other features are 4G LTE, 3G, 2G, WiFi dual band, NFC, Bluetooth, GPS, Moto Mods connector, finger print sensor and USB TYPE C port (also used for headphones).

The Moto Z comes with 2600 mAh battery that support turbo charging.

Moto Z price in India

The Z will be available in White and Black color options for Rs. 39,999. The handset will be available exclusively on Amazon and Flipkart from 16th October.
