Microsoft launched the Lumia 550 dual SIM handset powered by snapdragon 210 quad core processor for ₹9,399 in India. This device was first announced in October for $139. Microsoft Lumia 550 will hit the stores from 23rd this month.
This handset is running Windows 10 out of the box with 1GB RAM and 8GB of internal storage (ROM). The micro SIM slot can further be used to increase storage space of up to 200GB. Lumia 550 houses the qualcomm snapdragon 210 quad core processor clocked at 1.1GHz.
550 weighs around 141 grams and is 9.9mm thick. Screen is 4.7 inches supporting 1280 x 720 pixels resolution. It also includes a 2MP fixed focus camera on the front and a 5MP AF camera on the rear with LED flash support. This handset can shoot 720p videos but should be able to play 1080p videos.
Key features are 4G LTE, 3G, 2G, WiFi, GPS and Bluetooth 4.1. Microsoft Lumia 550 dual gets power from a 2100 mAh battery and will hit the stores soon for ₹9,399.
