Microsoft launched their first Lumia branded handset, yesterday, in India for Rs. 9199. The Microsoft Lumia 535 is powered by snapdragon quad core processor, runs Windows phone 8.1 and supports dual SIM.
This is the same Nokia Lumia that will now be called as Microsoft Lumia. As mentioned this is a dual SIM handset with 3G support. The Lumia 535 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 1.2GHz quad core processor with Adreno 302 GPU.
Handset weight is 146 grams and thickness is 8.8mm. Windows Phone 8.1 runs out of the box over a 5 inch IPS LCD screen with 960 x 540 pixels resolution. Screen is with corning gorilla glass 3 protection. On-board RAM is 1GB and there is 8GB of internal storage. The micro SD card slot can in turn add up to 128GB of external storage.
This Microsoft window powered handset comes with a 5MP primary camera and a 5MP secondary camera. Rear camera is auto focus with LED support. There are accelerometer, light and proximity sensors. Key features are 3G, 2G, Wi-Fi, GPS and Bluetooth.
Lumia 535 houses a 1905 mAh battery that gives up to 13 hours of talk time on 3G networks. Microsoft Lumia 535 is now available on Flipkart for Rs. 9,199.
