The X650 is another interesting phone from Micromax that can house 2 SIM cards (Dual SIM) and comes with a capacitive touchscreen. This handset comes with a super bright screen of 3.2 inches, has got some cool looks and 3 MP camera all this for a price tag of below Rs. 5,000.

Micromax has already launched some high end model for a price and seems to be coming with improved low end models like this one with capacitive technology.  The Micromax X650 is a bar type phone with a slim design but supports only 2G networks. You can switch SIM using the attractive SIM switcher user interface. The touchscreen comes with capacitive technology which is much better than the resistive one, smoother and more sensitive.

The X650 also features motion sensor with some motion sensing games pre-installed. This Micromax handset is available in pear white and charcoal grey colours.  The display resolution is 400 by 240 pixels.  The user interface even with minimal effects looks quite good and attractive. The icons look simple but go well with the overall phone look.

Another attractive feature is the 3 MP camera with auto focus and zoom, however there is no LED flash. Videos can be recorded. The media player supports many commonly used video and audio files.

Other X650 features are Opera Mini browser, Java, up to 8GB microSD supported, built-in FM radio, Bluetooth and GPRS.  The 1080 mAh standard Li-ion battery can last for up to 240 hours (10 days) in standby mode and talktime of about 5 hours.
