Micromax has finally come out of the 4.2 mindset and will be launching the Micromax elanza 2 A121 that runs on Android 4.3. As per the leaked information and now officially confirmed the A121 an upgraded elanza a quad core powered handset will run on Jelly bean 4.3.
This is good news because if Micromax has taken the 4.3 step then they might as well be working on to get the next Micromax handset running on the KitKat OS. The elanza 2 sports a 5 inch TFT screen with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution. It will be powered by quad core processor clocked at 1.2GHz (Qualcomm MSM8212).
As mentioned it will sail on Android Jelly bean 4.3 with 1GB RAM and 4GB ROM along with external card support (32GB). This dual SIM handset will support 3G, Wi-Fi, GPS and Bluetooth. The handset will also come with 2MP camera on the front and 8MP AF on the rear with LED flash. Battery is 2000 mAh with adequate talk time of up to 7.5 hours and standby time of 240 hours.
