Micromax will soon launch a dual boot tablet, probably next month. According to a report by engadget Micromax has unveiled the Micromax Canvas Laptab at CES. This tablet can boot into Android Jelly Bean as well as Windows 8.1.
The Micromax dual boot Canvas Laptab sports a 10.1 inch screen with 1280×800 pixels resolution. It is powered by 1.4Ghz processor (Celeron). Built-in RAM is 2GB plus internal storage space of 32GB.
It is powered by 1.4GHz Intel N2805 Celeron processor. Weight is 580grams. There is light sensor, Bluetooth 4.0 and Wi-Fi plus a 2MP front camera. Users will be able to use any of the OS – either load the Android Jelly Bean or Windows 8.1. The tab also comes with wireless keyboard that can be attached creating a somewhat laptop kind of environment. The Wireless keyboard will cost extra. The pricing details are not yet disclosed.
