Finally, the Canvas Doodle 3 A102 has been launched it does come powered by dual core processor clocked at 1.3GHz with a screen of 6 inches supporting FWVGA resolution. It’s official the Doodle 3 does not resemble the Blu Studio 6.0 HD and the specs are kind of disappointing i.e. if you were looking for a better Doodle.

Micromax this time has launched a much cheaper version of doodle 3 with price tag of under Rs. 9,000. It is powered by MT6572 dual core processor clocked at 1.3GHz. Android 4.2 runs the show with 512MB RAM and 4Gigs of internal storage. There is 1.27 GB free space for apps and 704MB as phone storage. The micro SD card slot can add another 32GB external card.

There is accelerometer, light and proximity sensor’s. The screen is big, 6 inches supporting FWVGA resolution (854 x 480 pixels) with 16M colors. A 5MP auto focus camera is placed on the rear with flash and 0.3MP on the front. 720p video recording is supported.

As far as connectivity is concerned the dual SIM Micromax Canvas Doodle 3 A102 supports 3G (21Mbps), Bluetooth 3.0, WiFi and GPS. There is a 2500 mAh battery with a talk time of up to 9 hours.

Interestingly the Micromax A119 Canvas XL another 6 inch smartphone was launched with a better specification for 13,999. And now this 6 inch Doodle 3 with trimmed down features for Rs. 8,500 with magnetic flip cover.
