Micromax has listed the low cost Micromax Bolt D200 smartphone that sports a 3.5 inch screen and is powered by MediaTek dual core processor. The price tag has not been revealed but looking at the specifications it could well be under Rs. 4000.
The Bolt D200 comes with dual SIM slots however 3G is not supported. The handset houses the MediaTek MT6571 dual core chipset clocked at 1.3GHz. The D200 sails on Android 4.4.2 over a 3.5 inch TFT screen with 480 x 320 pixels (HVGA) resolution.
This smartphone comes packed with 512MB RAM and 512MB ROM. There is a micro SD slot that supports up to 32GB external cards. There are dual cameras (front as well as rear) – the camera quality will be no good. It’s a VGA fixed focus camera on the front as well as on the rear.
Key features are 2G (EDGE/GPRS), Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi and GPS. The Micromax Bolt D200 gets power from a 1200 mAh battery that gives about 4 hours of talk time on a single charge. This smartphone is listed without the price tag, and will be available soon.
