Micromax has launched two low cost handsets the Micromax Bolt A37B and Micromax Bolt A46. A37B supports 3G whereas A46 does not; these handsets are priced at Rs. 4700 and Rs. 4,490 respectively. They are now listed on the Micromax website.

This dual SIM handset comes with a 3.5 inch TFT screen with 480×320 pixels resolution (262k color). It is powered by MT6572M chipset clocked at 1GHz. A37B runs on Jelly Bean 4.2 OS with 256MB RAM and 107MB storage for apps (of the 512MB ROM).

32GB Micro SD card is supported. There is a single camera of 2MP resolution placed on the rear without flash. Other features are 3G (21Mbps), 2G, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. The 1450 mAh battery gives talk-time of up to 5 hours. Micromax Bolt A37B (with 3G support) is available for Rs. 4,700.

This handset with dual SIM support sports a 4 inch TFT touch screen with 800×480 pixels resolution (16M colors). It is powered by 1.2GHz MT6572 chipset and runs on Android 4.2.2 JB OS. RAM is 256MB and internal storage is 129MB of the 512MB. 32GB external card is supported.

Other features are 2G, Wi-Fi, GPS and Bluetooth. Well 3G is missing on this handset. There is a single camera of 2MP (AF) placed on the rear with LED flash. Battery is 1500 mAh capacity with over 4 hours of talk-time. Micromax Bolt A46 (with 2G support) is priced at Rs. 4,490.
