The Micromax elanza 2 A121 has just been leaked and the Micromax A106 could well be the next handset Micromax could be working on that will run on the KitKat OS. The A106 specifications have not yet been revealed.

Incidentally there is no mention about the Micromax A106 anywhere but our tipster pointed out to the user guide that is currently listed and available on Micromax official website (in case the file is removed you can download the PDF – link at the end of this article).

It is the A106 User Manual, and when you go thorough it looks like any other smartphone. But on page 3 of the user manual there is a clear mention of Android 4.4.2, it says Micromax A106 comes with Kitkat 4.4.2.

Micromax A106 with KitKat

The MMX A106 is a dual SIM handset running KitKat. It supports 3G, Wi-Fi, GPS and Bluetooth – all the usual stuffs. It does come with removable battery and there is a micro SD card slot too. The hardware specs, display screen size / resolution, front camera / back camera megapixel resolution and battery capacity are not mentioned. It probably could be quad core with 1GB RAM/4GB storage and a minimum of 8MP camera. Stay tuned for more.
