Meizu today launched the M6s in China, this is a budget friendly mid range smartphone that is using the Samsung Exynos hexa core chipset and features a 18:9 screen. Another unique thing is that the Meizu M6s comes with super mBlack finger print sensor on the right side.

Meizu M6s is unique in the sense that the finger print sensor (Super mBlack) is placed on the right side, it can unlock in just about 0.2 seconds and can also be customized. The hardware is packed inside a Metal Unibody design.

Meizu M6s Specifications

This is a dual SIM Handset that houses the Samsung Exynos 7872 14nm chipset with Mali G71 GPU. It is a hexa core processor clocked at 2.0 GHz. The screen is 5.7 inches with 2.5D curved glass and with 1440 x 720 (HD+) pixels resolution.

FlyMe OS 6.2 over Android 7.1.2 runs the show with 3GB RAM and optional 32GB/64GB ROM. There is micro SD card support too of up to 128GB. Now this handset come with a single camera on the rear a 16MP with f/2.0 aperture and LED flash support (dual tone). Front camera is a 8MP shooter also with f/.2.0 aperture.

Meizu M6s / Meizu S6

There is finger print sensor not on the back or front, but on the right side. Handset weight is 160 grams with 3000 mAh non-removable battery. Other features are 4G, VoLTE, GPS, Bluetooth 4.2 and Wi-Fi. The 3000 mAh battery supports 18W fast charging.

Meizu M6s in China is called Meizu S6 and its price starts from RMB 999 that comes to approx Rs. 10K for 32GB version and RMB 1199 approx Rs. 12K for the 64GB version. For now the handset will be available in China only from 19th January 2018.
