Maxx mobiles has launched the MX100 handset, though it is a feature phone it comes with a massive battery of 5200 mAh capacity – this is hard to find even on smartphones. The Maxx power House MX100 is also affordable at just Rs. 1,932.
There are still many users who are more comfortable with ordinary phones or the feature phones. Their main usage is receiving and making calls / reading and sending SMS’s. This is a dual SIM handset (GSM + GSM) that supports 3 languages English, Marathi and Hindi. Weight is 167 grams – no doubt it comes with a big battery. The MX100 is also not that slim it is 27mm thick.
The 1.8 inch screen is TFT with 262K colours. There is micro SD card support of up to 8GB. The handset can play 3GP and MP4 videos, supports Bluetooth, FM radio, 3.5mm audio jack and comes with a camera too. The camera quality will not be great but there is LED torch that might come handy.
Other features are 300 contact capacity and 100 SMS’s, blacklist and antitheft option. The battery is 5200 mAh capacity with standby time of up to 25 days and talk-time of up to 11 hours. I think the talk time will be more considering the specs and the battery.
Maxx MX100 Power house is available for Rs. 1,932.
