Microsoft today launched the Microsoft Lumia 650 smartphone with single SIM and dual SIM variants. The key highlight about this handset is that it comes with AMOLED screen and is powered by Snapdragon 212 processor. Lumia 650 will carry a price tag of $199 (Approx ₹13K).
The Lumia 650 will be running Windows 10 out of the box over a 5 inch AMOLED screen with clear black display and gorilla glass 3 protection, supporting 1280 x 720 pixels resolution. As already mentioned this handset will be powered by qualcomm snapdragon 212 quad core processor clocked at 1.3GHz coupled with Adreno 304 GPU.
650 will be available in single SIM and dual SIM versions with 4G LTE support. There is 1GB RAM, 16GB of internal storage and micro SD card support of up to 200GB. Handset weight (including battery) is 122 grams and thickness is 6.9mm.
There is camera on the front of 5MP resolution (fixed focus) that can shoot 720p videos and the another camera on the rear with 8MP resolution with single LED flash, it can also shoot 720p videos. Key features are 4G LTE, 3G, 2G, GPS, WiFi and Bluetooth 4.1.
Microsoft Lumia 650 gets power from a 2000 mAh battery (removable), it gives up to 16 hours of talk time on 4G networks.
This handset will first hit the European markets within few days for $199.
