Finally the word is out Lenovo will officially launch the Lenovo Z2 Plus handset in India on 22nd September 2016. Key highlight about the Z2 Plus is snapdragon 820 chipset and 4GB RAM. As far as the India pricing is concerned it could be in the affordable range.
Lenovo Z2 Plus features and specifications
Lenovo Z2 Plus smartphone is using qualcomm snapdragon 820 64 bit chipset clocked at 2.1GHz and is coupled with Adreno 530 GPU. This handset comes with a 5 inch 2.5D curved screen supporting 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution.
It’s a dual SIM handset loaded with 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM (internal storage). There is no external micro SD support. Weight is 149 grams with 3500 mAh battery and thickness is 8.4mm. Lenovo Z2 Plus comes with a 13MP AF camera with LED flash support packed on the back and an 8MP front fixed focus camera. The hardware can play 4K videos.
Other features are 4G LTE, VoLTE, 3G, 2G, GPS, WiFi (dual band), USB Type C version 2.0, finger print sensor and Bluetooth 4.1. The 3500 mAh non-removable battery supports QC 3.0.
Z2 Plus price in India
The handset will be launched this month in Delhi and the price will be disclosed at the launch event. The Xiaomi Mi 5 and the OnePlus 3 both handsets are using Snapdragon 820 chipset and priced at Rs. 22,999 and Rs. 27,999 respectively. Lets see what Lenovo will price the Z2 Plus at.
