The Lenovo Phab 2 Pro, the first Tango Smartphone finally went on sale. The handset was supposed to hit the stores in August/September, however it got delayed and finally it is now available in the U.S. (online) for $499 (approx Rs. 33K).

Lenovo Phab 2 Pro is a qualcomm Snapdragon 652 octa core powered handset built for Tango. This handset is packed inside a aluminum unibody weight a weight of around 269 grams. The touch screen is 6.4 inches IPS, 2.5D curved glass and supporting 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution.

The Lenovo Phab 2 Pro is loaded with 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM and users can use micro SD card of up to 128GB. Camera is unique – there is a 16MP primary fast focus camera with depth sensor / motion tracking and fisheye support. Front camera is of 8MP resolution.

Other features are 4G LTE, 3G, 2G, WiFi (dual band), GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, Dolby ATMOS, Finger print sensor on the back and triple array mic with noise cancellation. Android marshmallow runs the show; non-removable battery is of 4050 mAh capacity with talk time of up to 18 hours, fast charging is supported.

Another unique thing about this handset is it supports Augmented Reality Games and Augmented Reality utilities.
